  • a) Lunar New Year Menu available from 28th January 2019 to 19th February 2019
  • b) During 5th-19th February 2019 (Lunar New Year Day 1 -Day 15), Lunar New Year Menu will be served.
  • c) On 4th-6th February 2019 (Lunar New Year Eve -Day 2), only Signature Festive Menu D, E, F and Lunar New Year Treasures Set A and B are available.
  • d) A surcharge of $3.00 (with GST $3.21) per pax will be charged for minimum menu of $16.90 (with GST $18.08) buffet menu, Signature Mee Siam & Laksa Menu during 1st -3rd and 7th -19th February 2019 festive period.
  • e) Free Gifts would be subject to availability with any CNY menu ordered.

  • Transport & Setup
  • Transportation & Setup Fees are chargeable at $65.00 (with GST $69.55) per function for all districts.
  • • Buffet setup includes table, tablecloths and skirting adorn with CNY Decorations.
  • • Full set of disposable biodegradable cutleries and crockeries will be provided.

  • Delivery Time will be according to delivery time stated on the order confirmation.
  • • Kindly allow (+/- 30 min) grace period on the given delivery time during the festive period.

  • Pre-setup will be required during festive period to allow us to serve our customer in a timely manner.
  • • Please allow our sub-contractor to deliver tables & equipments if required during this peak season.
  • Collection Time
  • • All functions will be subject to a maximum of 3 hours duration.
  • Extension hour will be chargeable at an additional of $20.00(with GST $21.40) per hour (subject to availability).
  • Last collection hour will be at 10.00pm. Additional surcharge of $60.00 (with GST $64.20) per hour for collection after 10.30pm to 12midnight would be applicable.
  • Surcharge for next day collection will be charged at an additional $120.00 (with GST $128.40) per function.

  • Confirmation & Cancellation
  • • All amendments and orders must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the date of function.
  • • 25 % of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 5 days before date of function.
  • • 50% of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 3 days before date of function.
  • • 100% of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 1 day before date of function.

  • Service Staff
  • Uniformed Service Staff @ $120.00 (with GST $128.40) each (4hr duration or before 10.30pm).
    Additional per hr @$20.00 (with GST $21.40).

  • Chef/ Manager –in -Charge /Bartender @ $150.00 (with GST $160.50) each (4hr duration or before 10.30pm).
    Additional per hr @$40.00 (with GST $42.80).

  • Order Confirmation: (T&C)
  • • The order is confirmed upon your acknowledgement with signature before the stated date.
  • Terms of payment: Cash or Cheque upon delivery.
  • • For Cheque Payment, Cheque is make payable to "Mum's Kitchen Catering Pte Ltd".
  • • A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation (for event above $1,000.00).
  • • Food is recommended to be consumed best within 3 hours from time of delivery (as per NEA’s guideline).
  • • We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value subject to availability.
  • • Arrival of food will be within 30 minutes (before or after) based on the given function time.
  • • For all catering last collection timing would be at 10pm. Otherwise, additional surcharge would apply.
  • • Consumption rate is based on 500gm per pax.
  • Cutlery: full set of disposable biodegradable wares with approximately 40% extra based on the number of pax confirmed.
  • Amendments or cancellation must be in writing, notified and accepted by Mum's Kitchen Catering.
  • Administration charge: $20.00 (with GST $21.40) will be levied on any changes made to the order (03) days before the signed function date.
