Want to know our healthy menu? For Corporate Events Buffet Menu A, there is a wide selection. For item 1: Our very own Mum’s Signature Curry Chicken, Oven baked chicken with apple, breaded chicken fillet with mango salsa, roasted chicken with tarragon sauce and breaded chicken fillet with mango salsa. All these only for one Singapore corporate catering setting.

 

For item number 2, selection of vegetable and bean curd includes: Sautéed Cauliflower with Mushroom, Stir Fried Seasonal vegetable with prawn, Loh Han Vegetable, Oven baked spinach with cheese and Nonya Curry Vegetable. Our Fish Selection: Pan seared dory fillet with caper butter, breaded fish fillet with tartar dressing, mum’s sweet and sour fish with triple capsicum, cocktail fish fillet with wasabi Mayonnaise and Baked Cajun Fish Fillet with Mango salsa.

 

Then, here goes the Singapore Corporate Catering seafood selection: Kung Po Prawn (Deshelled), stir fry flower squid with Thai Dip, Mum’s Cereal Prawn, Stir Fry Squid with Celery and Baked Prawn with Café de Paris Butter. Various more selections that you should see with our Side Snack & Tim Sum selection, noodle or rice selection, dessert selection and beverage selection all fit for your big gathering.

In Mum’s Kitchen, we have a catering team that will guide you to pick the menu that is fit for your function. If you need a full buffet setting, we make sure to provide you with the right set up. The special part about Corporate Menu A is that the 9 items you choose already include the beverage and dessert per person. As for food safety? We have undergone the right training in this field to ensure that your priority is also our concern.

Catering Terms & Conditions

  • *Confirmation of your email booking will be made via telephone, If you do not hear from us within the next 2 business days, Please kindly contact us at (65) 63460969.
  • * Payment by CASH or CHEQUE upon delivery. Please note that all cheques are made payable to “MUM’S KITCHEN CATERING PTE LTD”.
  • * Arrival of food will be within 30 minutes (before or after) on the given function time.
  • * Transport & Set-up charge at mainland is $50.00 (with GST $53.50) per delivery except Jurong Island, Sentosa Island and On board Cruise.
  • * Waiver of Transport for 55pax (min $11 buffet menu) and above.
  • * Duration of 3 hours per events.
  • * A surcharge is applicable per pax if order is less than 30 persons (min 25person)
  • * Upon Confirmation, a minimum of 5 working days is required for any change of menu item.
  • * Any cancellation is subject to minimum 30% charge and thereof.
  • * We reserve the right to replace any item with equivalent value subject to availability.
